Request to Enroll in the DIPG/DMG Registry

By completing the form below, you are requesting to enroll you or your child in the DIPG/DMG Registry, a global research effort focused on improving understanding and advancing treatment of DIPG and DMG.

Families are enrolled in the appropriate registry based on their location, with international efforts working together and sharing data to accelerate research collaboratively.

Families who enroll may also have the opportunity to request a free expert review of medical records and imaging as part of participation. Please note that to complete a records review, your medical records must be submitted through your treating hospital. Because this process can vary by institution, we recommend informing your care team of your interest in participating so they can help facilitate the request.

Please keep an eye on your email, including your junk/spam folder, as messages from the Registry or The Cure Starts Now may occasionally be filtered there.
